Referenced Data: Semico is happy to provide you with data to reference in your presentation.

Please send us your presentation via email in PowerPoint format by March 1, 2008 to jimf@semico.com. Our Cox server allows us to receive up to 5MBs, if larger please break apart and send in pieces or mail by deadline on a CD. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 9850 Phoenix, AZ 85068-9850. Each presentation turned in by deadline, will be included in our attendee binder (printed in color 2-up; front and back).  A PDF version will be burned onto a CD also to be included in the binder, unless directed otherwise. Printing is scheduled to begin March 2, 2008.  Your adherence to our deadlines is appreciated.

FAQ: What if I have edits after I turn in my presentation on March 1, 2008?  This early deadline is for print purposes.  The version of your presentation shown the day of the event can be turned in (ideally) via email as late as March 9, 2008 or handed to Jim Feldhan on a memory stick the day of your presentation!

FAQ: Can I bring my own laptop to hook up the day of the event to run my presentation?  There is a tight schedule to maintain and in order to avoid any A/V hiccups we prefer to set-up and test prior on our own laptop which will be hooked up to a video splitter thereby projecting your presentation onto two screens.  Should you have last minute edits to your presentation please bring it with you on a memory stick as noted above.  If you have additional questions regarding A/V set up, please contact Jim Feldhan at 602-997-0337 or jimf@semico.com.

FAQ: I am a keynote speaker, what can I expect and how will I be introduced?

You will be introduced by Jim Feldhan, President of Semico.  There is one hour scheduled for your keynote, and you will have roughly 45 minutes to present. Afterward there will be a 10-15 minute open Q&A session. This is flexible depending if you would like to present for let’s say, 35 minutes with a 25 minute Q&A session. The stage, podium and microphone attached will be yours for this hour with two screens projecting your presentation on either side. Semico will provide a laptop at the podium with your presentation preloaded and ready to go, and Mr. Feldhan will launch it for you after the introduction. Mr. Feldhan can be reached to discuss presentation content in greater detail
at 602-997-0337 or jimf@semico.com. We request your presence at the A/V table located in the back of the room at 8:00am (in order to be given a wireless lavaliere, if you would rather use a lavaliere) and to run through any last minute instructions.

Event Dress Code:

Business casual, no suits necessary!  The weather in Scottsdale, AZ in March averages 70 degrees and aglow with sunshine, however the ballrooms might be slightly chilly so pack accordingly.
