in September in the Bay Area. At the Outlook event, Semico founders and
analysts present their forecasts for the coming two years. This power
packed day is your opportunity to tap into accurate forecasts for the
upcoming year and beyond. This event has become a vital strategic resource for semiconductor
companies to plan product and platform strategies for the next year. This event promises an overall industry forecast and economic outlook
by Semico’s president, Jim Feldhan and typically covers the following

and send in pieces or mail by deadline on a CD. Our mailing address is
P.O. Box 9850 Phoenix, AZ 85068-9850. Each presentation turned in by
deadline, will be included in our attendee binder (printed in color 2-up; front and back). A PDF version will be burned onto a CD
also to be included in the binder, unless directed otherwise. Printing
is scheduled to begin Aug. 23, 2006. Your adherence to our
deadlines is appreciated.
FAQ: What if I have edits after I turn in my presentation on Aug. 21,
2006? This early deadline is for print purposes. The
version of your presentation shown the day of the event can be turned in
(ideally) via email as late as Sept. 1, 2006 or handed to Jim Feldhan on a memory stick the day of your
presentation!
FAQ: Can I bring my own laptop to hook up the day of the event to run
my presentation? There is a tight schedule to maintain and in
order to avoid any A/V hiccups we prefer to set-up and test prior on our
own laptop which will be hooked up to a video splitter thereby
projecting your presentation onto two screens. Should you have
last minute edits to your presentation please bring it with you on a memory
stick as noted above. If you have additional questions regarding
A/V set up, please contact Jim Feldhan at 602-997-0337 or
jimf@semico.com.
FAQ: I am a keynote speaker, what
can I expect and how will I be introduced?
You will be introduced by Jim Feldhan, President of Semico. There
is 45 minutes scheduled for your keynote if you present in the morning
and 30 minutes if you present during lunch. Afterward there will be a 10-15 minute open Q&A
session. This is flexible and we can work with you to accommodate your
desired time management. The stage, podium
and microphone attached will be yours for this time allotment with two screens
projecting your presentation on either side. If you are a luncheon
speaker, there will be the same elements provided minus one screen. Semico will provide a
laptop at the podium with your presentation preloaded and ready to go,
and Mr. Feldhan will launch it for you after the introduction. Mr.
Feldhan can be reached to discuss presentation content in greater
detail at
602-997-0337 x.101 or jimf@semico.com. We request your presence at the A/V table located in the back of
the room 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appearance (in order to be given a wireless lavaliere, if you
would rather use a lavaliere) and to run through any last minute
instructions.
