Semico's Cancellation Policy

Semico cancellations must be received by December 24, 2005 to receive your full refund (minus transaction fee of $25.00). Cancellations must be received in writing and faxed to 602-997-0302; ATTN: Eileen Robideau. There are no refunds for "no shows."

ISMI's Cancellation Policy

ISMI cancellations must be received by January 10, 2006 to receive your full refund (minus transaction fee of $45.00).
